Vous êtes invités à venir célébrer l’ouverture de l’exposition en présences des artistes.
La Galerie présentera sa 20e édition de son exposition annuelle IGNITION. Celle-ci met en valeur le travail d’étudiants terminant leur maîtrise en Studio Arts et au doctorat en Humanities à l’Université Concordia.
Cette année la sélection a été effectuée par Anne-Marie St-Jean Aubre, conservatrice de l’art contemporain québécois et canadien au Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal et Nicole Burisch, directrice de la GLBE.
Les artistes sélectionnées sont Michelle Caron-Pawlowsky, Anne Dahl, Ioana Dragomir, Mathieu Gagnon, Charlotte Ghomeshi, M Gnanasihamany, Malik Mckoy, Antoine Racine, Saba Sharifi, Tyra Maria Trono et Anne-Sophie Vallée.
L’exposition IGNITION 20 est présentée en galerie du 1er mai au 31 mai 2025.

You are invited to join us at the Gallery to celebrate the opening of the exhibition in company of the artists.
The Gallery presents the 20th edition of its annual exhibition IGNITION. It features new work by students currently enrolled in the Studio Arts or Humanities graduate programs at Concordia University.
This year the selection was made by Anne-Marie St-Jean Aubre, Curator of Quebec and Canadian contemporary art at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and Nicole Burisch, Director of the LBEAG.
The selected artists are Michelle Caron-Pawlowsky, Anne Dahl, Ioana Dragomir, Mathieu Gagnon, Charlotte Ghomeshi, M Gnanasihamany, Malik Mckoy, Antoine Racine, Saba Sharifi, Tyra Maria Trono and Anne-Sophie Vallée.
IGNITION 20 is presented at the Gallery from May 1st to May 31st, 2025.
